Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products
We ship only throughout Mumbai orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies, Delivery Boys and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms and available local Delivery Boys .rigagift.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only assured to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation by phone.You have to choose the Date and Time of delivery for your order and there should be minimum 1 day gap between the time of placing order and delivery time in our Time Slot list. For delivery within 2 hr please contact at 9867782409 (condition applied). For Raw Fish and Meat it may take 24- 48 hr. to deliver the product. For quick delivery of any order please contact at 9867782409. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).For the confirmation of order, We’ll do a phone verification before the delivery of the order. Before the specific verification we’ll not deliver any product. The stock of some of our products may be limited. In case of those products, may be the time of delivery increased a little or we’ll contact and inform you and solve the matter. Fresh Organic products are Organically grown and handpicked by experts.
